1. From the Main Menu > Select 'My Members'

2. Select the Customer Name you wish to Delete the Payment Method for.

3. Click on the 'Payment Methods' Tab

4. Click on the 
icon next to the Payment Method you want to Delete.

5. Click on the Delete Profile Button to complete.
