For QB EzPay / QuickBooks Desktop Version -

Yes. QuickBooks Desktop does with a Magtek Swipe reader. Please remember that with card present enabled, the Authorize.Net CIM (EzCustomer) and the ARB (EzScheudle) are automatically disabled by AuthNet.

For My EzPay / QuickBooks Online Version -

No, this is not currently supported at this time.
