• Create an Invoice in QuickBooks for the customers total.

     Open up QB EzPay and Click on EzSchedule

  • Click on Create a Scheduled Payment

  • Select the Customer you would like to start a subscription for:

  • Select the preferred Payment Method to associate with this recurring billing

  • Select the invoice you want to reference

  • Select the Future One Time Payment Option.

  • Select the date you want to take payment on.

  • Click on Finish to Complete.
