*Please note* You must have the CIM Service enabled through your Authorize.Net account to be able to delete stored payment information.

To Delete a Stored Payment profile for an existing customer, you must complete the following steps:

1. Click on EzCustomer located on the Home Screen


2. Select the Customer you wish to Delete the Stored Payment Method for from the menu to the left (Sample)


3. Under the Stored Methods window, Click on Edit Methods.


4. Select the Payment Method you want to delete.


5.  Click on the 'Delete' button


6.Confirm Delete?  >  Yes

7.  ** PLEASE NOTE ** - If the payment method you're trying to delete has a Subsciption tied to it, you'll have to delete the subscription first in order to remove the payment method.
